What am I Grateful For?
“ I thank my God every time I remember you.’ – Philippians 1:3
Thank you to my mentor, Dr. Tomasito Z. Academia: Ed.B, MA. Ed, BSME, REB, REA, REC, EnP, and LET-Professional Teacher, who encouraged me to keep on studying as a way of life. Doc Tom has shown me a better understanding of the real estate practice and the industry. Conversations with him have always been an interesting and valuable opportunity for learning. To be under the tutelage of a renowned real estate professional, like Doc Tom, is indeed a blessing. His tremendous expertise in numerous aspects in the field of real estate continues to motivate me to advance further. More than that, he has taught me to build relationships and keep them.
Thanking similarly, Mam Cyd Bacalso, for her support in making me achieve this objective to be able to finish my PFS and to push through with the licensure exam. It is her persistent motivation that made me press on.
I am forever grateful to my husband, Ray F, for being my source of inspiration in my career and in my life’s dreams. He has been supportive of my endeavors and has allowed me to soar high in ways imaginable. He is my stable anchor. I am equally thankful to my children, Clark, Ayanna, Jireh along with my daughter-in-law, Camille, and grandchild, Claudia Rei for believing in my capabilities that even when I find myself in a position of self-doubt, they are my constant reminder that I can do it. Putting my Project Feasibility Study (as part of the Licensure Exam for Real Estate Consultant) into a reality has been made possible because of the reassuring moments from my “big kids“ where they would extend longer waking hours just to accompany me all through sleepless nights.
I am in deep appreciation for my parents, Nick and Nancy Mansueto, for igniting my passion to strive towards my purpose in life. Their steady belief in my talents and gifts enabled me to recognize my full potential.
Likewise, to my siblings N.C.K. and their respective spouses for assisting me in my undertakings at all times. To my parents-in-law, thank you for all the help and guidance.
I honor my grandparents, though they have gone ahead of us, for molding me to yearn for knowledge, wisdom, discipline and excellence. I wish to make this profession as my calling to enthuse other people to pursue their goals much as I have been privilege by Granny, Papa To and Mama Ada to do so with my own.
I am filled with gratitude to my Project Development team for being with me through the years in accomplishing countless milestones in our projects. Most especially to my trustworthy and high caliber core – CLAM, to our dependable CX Group and to our reliable engineering team.
I am expressing my gratefulness to my leader RRTK for giving me innumerable opportunities for far-reaching accomplishments. Thank you as well to my lady boss, FK, for opening an avenue for me to experience various options in my work.
Thank you to the chairman and members of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) for streamlining and setting the direction of our real estate practice.
And to Philippine Association of Realty Consultants and Specialists, Inc. (PARCS), thank you for organizing the 2nd batch comprehensive real estate consultancy course. The time and effort in sharing your broad knowledge in the area of consultancy is invaluable.
May God continue to bless the work of our hands.
To God be the Glory!
